Menopause
Hot flushes, broken sleep, brain fog and mood changes — what's happening, why, and how we can help you feel like yourself again.

Menopause is the natural point when your periods stop for good, as your ovaries make less oestrogen — and the years of changing hormones leading up to it are called perimenopause.

Dr Hina Parvez takes a full history, listens to what's troubling you most, and arranges any tests only where they're genuinely helpful, such as when symptoms start early or the picture is unclear.
