No. Dr Parvez can only write what is clinically accurate, so a sick note cannot be back-dated or falsified. A note is issued only where it is clinically appropriate.
Will I definitely get the letter I ask for? +
A letter is issued only where Dr Parvez considers it clinically appropriate. If it is not appropriate, she will explain why rather than write something that is not accurate.
