Medico-legal reports in clinical neurophysiology for personal injury and clinical negligence claims
An independent expert report from a consultant clinical neurophysiologist — the nerve tests done and interpreted by the same doctor, at our clinic near Chester. Report in 6–8 weeks.

When a claim turns on the nerves, you need a clear answer on what the tests show. Here your client is examined, tested and reported on by one consultant clinical neurophysiologist.
Dr Arvin Rodrigues has written medico-legal reports for 15 years — 30–40 a year, in personal injury and clinical negligence claims, for claimants and defendants. Every report is written to CPR Part 35.
Every report fee includes two hours' review of clinical records; further review is £400 per hour.
Non-attendance or cancellation: more than 1 week's notice £500 · 48 hours to 1 week £1,000 · less than 48 hours £3,000.
