Our pregnancy, birth and postnatal service offers hypnobirthing, antenatal education, birth planning and postnatal support, led by Rebecca Williams — a qualified midwife and hypnobirthing practitioner who has worked across a variety of NHS settings, most recently in community midwifery.
Every session is tailored to you and your birth partner, with plenty of time to ask questions and explore your options.

Four weekly 2-hour sessions (8 hours in total), in person or online — the stages of labour, birth preferences and your birth partner's role, with practical breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques.
A one-off session to explore your birth preferences and learn practical breathing and relaxation techniques, designed to support you and your birth partner.
A personalised session to talk through your birth plan, pain relief and birth options and any worries, with an introduction to relaxation, breathing and hypnobirthing techniques.
Two one-to-one 2-hour sessions over 2 weeks (4 hours in total) covering labour and birth, pain relief, your birth partner's role, feeding and caring for your newborn.
Clinic or home visits tailored to your family — feeding support, newborn care, emotional wellbeing and safe sleep guidance.
