Physiotherapy Sessions in Rossett
One-to-one physiotherapy with our HCPC-registered physiotherapists at Bridge House Clinic, Rossett — assessment, hands-on treatment and a home exercise plan. Sessions from £40, no GP referral needed.

Physiotherapy helps with pain, stiffness and weakness in muscles, joints and nerves, and with getting back to normal activity after an injury or operation. At Bridge House Clinic in Rossett, sessions are one-to-one with Naveen Ramakrishnan or Pranusha Tayade, our HCPC-registered physiotherapists.
Your physiotherapist starts by listening to what has happened and what you want to get back to, then assesses how you move. Treatment is built around that assessment and may include hands-on therapy, exercises and advice, with a home exercise plan so progress continues between sessions. How many sessions you need varies from person to person and is discussed with you as you go.
Your clinician will confirm the most suitable method at your appointment.
Choose loose clothing that lets you move freely and allows the physiotherapist to see and reach the area being treated — shorts for a knee, a vest top for a shoulder.
Any X-ray, ultrasound or MRI reports, hospital or surgeon's letters and a list of your current medicines help your physiotherapist understand the full picture.
It helps to note when the problem started, what makes it better or worse, and what you'd like to be able to do again.
Let us know about any medical conditions, recent operations or injuries, so treatment can be planned safely.
Your physiotherapist asks about your symptoms, history, daily activities and goals.
They look at how you move — range of movement, strength, posture and specific tests for the area involved — and explain what they find.
Depending on the assessment, treatment may include hands-on therapy, exercises and practical advice, agreed with you as you go.
You leave with exercises to do at home and a plan for follow-up sessions where they are needed.
