Dr Khalid Khan is a highly experienced consultant cardiologist and general physician, offering comprehensive assessment and treatment for the full spectrum of heart conditions, with expertise in heart disease, arrhythmias and cardiovascular risk.
Educated at St John's College, Cambridge, he trained in Newcastle and Cambridgeshire, then in Leicester — where he held a British Heart Foundation Junior Research Fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology — and completed senior specialist training in Liverpool with dual accreditation in cardiology and general medicine. He has been a consultant cardiologist since 2005 and has developed several award-winning NHS cardiology services. An Honorary Lecturer at Cardiff University since 2009, he also teaches students from Swansea, Bangor and Chester.
