Mr Mohamed Mehasseb is a consultant gynaecological surgeon and oncologist, a consultant since 2012. He completed specialist training in Newcastle upon Tyne and Leicester and gained accreditation in obstetrics and gynaecology in 2010.

He went on to advanced training in laparoscopic (minimal-access) surgery in Clermont-Ferrand, France, and a fellowship in gynaecological oncology at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge. He was a consultant at Glasgow Royal Infirmary from 2012 to 2020 and now works at Liverpool Women's Hospital.
