Bridge House Clinic offers rooms for rent on an hourly, half-day or full-day basis at our clinic on Station Road, Rossett, LL12 0HE. This policy is effective from 1 April 2026.

The rooms
A selection of bright, private rooms suitable for consultations, treatments and therapy sessions.
Opening hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00–17:00
- Saturday: by appointment only — arranged and confirmed in advance, subject to staff availability
- Sunday: closed
Booking policy
- All bookings are subject to availability and must be pre-booked.
- Minimum booking is 1 hour.
- Block bookings (weekly or monthly) are available.
- Out-of-hours use is available on request and subject to approval.
Payment
Payment is by BACS, in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Invoicing is available for regular and block bookings on request.
Cancellation
- More than 48 hours' notice: full refund or reschedule.
- 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund or reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: no refund or reschedule.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of future booking privileges.
Room use & responsibility
- Rooms are for professional purposes only — clinical, therapeutic or wellness use.
- Please leave the room clean and in good order after use.
- Any damage will be charged to the hirer.
- Please respect other practitioners and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
